- 2. Science and Research: Internal projects or those conducted in cooperation within the specialized field of medicine and the digitalization of healthcare.
- 3. Ethics in Medicine: Preserving the primacy of patient welfare demanded by Prof. Hackethal above purely economic or equipment-driven medical interests.
The Julius Hackethal Foundation operates independently and non-partisanly. It places the inviolability of human dignity and the body's biological self-regulation at the center of its foundation-law funding projects.
The Julius Hackethal Foundation advocates for a respectful and loving treatment of nature and therefore rejects any participation in studies involving animal testing. Funding is granted to projects that avoid animal testing and aim to establish ethical values in medicine.
